How do I book, and when do I pay?
Pick a tour, choose your date on the booking page and pay securely online. Your confirmation with the meeting point arrives straight away by email.
What happens if it rains?
Tours run rain or shine, bring a jacket and comfortable shoes. If we ever have to cancel for safety, you can transfer to another date or get a refund.
Where do tours start and finish?
Every tour starts at a named landmark near a Tube station. Exact meeting points are on each tour page and in your confirmation.
Are the tours suitable for kids or limited mobility?
All tours are two hours at an easy walking pace and most are family friendly. Tell us your needs when booking and we'll advise or adapt the route.
Can I book a private tour for my group?
